Food, music, family-friendly fun and more are coming to the City’s biggest community festival, Brighton Summerfest, on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Carmichael Park (650 E. Southern Street). The festival will include activities for kids, a beer garden, food vendors, live music and more. There will also be businesses and organizations educating the public about their services.
The FNBO Entertainment Stage will feature performances by main act Marshall Charloff and the Purple Xperience, the world's premier tribute to Prince, at 3 p.m. Prior to the main act, there will be live performances by Reminisce (mellow rock duo) at 10 a.m. and Dance Machine (dance hits) at 12:30 p.m.
No registration is required for attendance. All Brighton Summerfest activities and concerts are free to the public. Food will be available for purchase.
