Our staff currently serves approximately 11,000 water meter accounts. We provide monthly readings of water meters and produce a monthly water/sewer/storm bill to each customer. We make every attempt to answer each telephone call, but if you get our voice mail, please leave a message and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.
The Utility Customer Service Division is responsible for generating utility bills for water, wastewater and storm drainage services and for providing customer assistance for citizens who may have questions about their bills. It is our goal to provide friendly, professional service to our customers.
