2006 - City of Brighton purchased the 9.6 acre farmBromley Farm Barn from the nw circa 1947

2008 - Master Plan, Historic Structure Assessment and Landscape Assessment Document

2010 - Exterior Rehabilitation and Roof Replacement of the main house exterior walls, perimeter foundations and roof and roof replacement on the migrant worker house.

2013 - Phase II Exterior Rehabilitation and Preservation - rehabilitation of exterior walls, structural strengthening and foundations of the barn, migrant worker house and wash house and roofing of the barn and wash house.Before and after photo

2013 - Phase III Reconstruction of the Silo

2015 - Main house interior rehabilitation work

2016 - Landscaping, interior rehabilitation of main house, 2nd floor

2017 - Open house for the public

The City of Brighton has received State Historic Funds and Adam County Open Space Funds (Landscaping) for this project.
