Residential Design Standards (RDS)

In some subdivisions, a review of the residential design standards is required for a new home.  RDS submittals are not accepted by the City unless the subdivision has been platted.  Subdivisions under a re-platting process are not eligible for RDS reviews until the re-platting process is completed.

Submissions for review are initially made online through the City's Land Use and Development Applications portal:
