I need to cancel my activity registration and get a refund. What do I need to know?

Refund requests can be filed with the Customer Service Representatives at the Front Desk of the Recreation Center. Refund requests must be received at least 5 days before the start of the activity in order to receive a refund. We do not offer cash refunds. If your total payment is less than $25, the refund will be issued as a household credit which can be used for future purchases. If it is more than $25, it can be refunded to the card used to pay for the registration or cut as a check. There will be a $5 processing fee assessed per activity registration. We will be flexible with our refund deadline for illness or injury that unexpectedly prevents participation. This refund policy is in place for all recreation programs and activities.
