Can I make partial payments on my traffic ticket?
No, we cannot accept partial payments on a ticket prior to your court date. It must be paid in full before your court date or you need to appear in court on the date written on your summons. The Judge may grant you additional time to pay or a payment plan, if you request it at the time of sentencing.
