Session C of swim lessons and all Lifeguard Training classes will receive a household credit for the full cost. If your total is less than $25, you will receive a household credit which can be used for future registrations. If it is more than $25 you can be refunded. There will be a $5 per activity fee charged for this process. This policy is the same for all activities in the Recreation Center.

We offer private and semi-private swim lessons for purchase in sets of 4 or 8 lessons. Private Swim Lessons – 4 lessons $120, 8 lessons $240 Semi-private Swim Lessons – 4 lessons $72, 8 lessons $144. It is well worth the money! Your child will advance in their swimming ability much faster with private lessons than with group lessons.
Please enroll your child in the proper level. If there is no room in the correct level and you insist on putting them in swim lessons, please enroll them a level down. If they are in a class above their ability, they will not learn and they will also hinder the rest of the class.
It is recommended when enrolling your child that you enroll them in the same level twice until they graduate for the next level. If we can’t move them to the correct class, the instructors are capable of working with them at their ability level.
If you would like to request a swim instructor, private lessons are the way to go. We do not take requests for group lessons.
If you haven’t been told recently by a swim instructor where to place your child, please contact aquatic management at 303-655-2213. Brochure descriptions are a good guide for placement. It is good to know that children don’t usually just move up a level after each session. Sometimes it takes more than one class, and each child moves at their own pace/ability.
