Title: Commander - Professional Standards and Training


Commander Christopher Schoeneck came to Colorado from New York State. He joined the Brighton Police Department in 1978. Commander Schoeneck directs the patrol evening watch and night watch. He also oversees the Department’s Reserve Police Unit and the Police Explorer Post. Additionally he is the Chairman for the North Metro Community Diversion Board which oversees an area-wide youth diversion program for first-time drug and alcohol offenders. Commander Schoeneck also serves as a member of the LINK Commander’s board.

Commander Schoeneck obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 1978 and his Master’s degree in management in 2010. He is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command.
