    Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Conditional Use Permit for an Outdoor Major Storage business, Mainline Construction LLC, at 599 S. Main St. The Property is approximately 2.2300 acres (97,138.8 square ft.) and is generally located on the northwest corner of the intersection of S. Main St. and Jessup St. The property is more specifically located in Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Brighton, County of Adams, State of Colorado. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application for the Conditional Use Permit at 6 p.m. on May 13, 2021. The hearing will take place virtually and log-on details will be available on the City’s website at https://www.brightonco.gov/197/Planning-Commission.
