Rentals for the summer season are accepted starting in January.
Shelters
Carmichael Park features 2 shelters.
Shelter #1 is located on the east end of the park, just west of the ADA accessible playground and restrooms. Seating for 32 people. This shelter is available for reservation.
Shelter #2 is located on the west end of the park, just east of the Brighton City Hall. Seating for 24 people. This shelter is always offered on a first come, first serve basis.
Park shelter can be rented for dates May through Labor Day weekend.
Fees are $85/$105 Resident/Nonresident
Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
The Shelter is cleaned by 10 a.m. No electricity at this location
Payment is due at the time of the reservations, no refunds for inclement weather.
Special permit required for Jumping Castles (Bounce Houses) at least 10 days in advance.
