Do I have to receive a paper bill?

No, conveniently receive your water bill and reduce paper waste with E-statements. Statements will be sent directly to your email inbox, without the hassle of a paper bill. To receive your bill via E-statement, submit your email address to the Utility Billing Department in one of the three following methods:

  1. Sign up for paperless statements here.
  2. Call us at 303-655-2009
  3. Email us
  4. Stop by to see us in person at City Hall (500 S 4th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601) 

Once we have your email address, your next bill will be generated as an E-statement.
