After much anticipation, Eagle View Adult Center (EVAC) will reopen to the public on Monday, May 17. Hours of operation will be from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. This reopening will take place in phases, starting with a soft reopening and then expanding programming and hours of operation (COVID-19 restrictions permitting).
Staff will be following public health orders from the Tri-County Health Department, including mandatory mask-wearing while inside the building, maintaining 6-feet of social distancing and operating at a reduced facility capacity. To adhere to capacity restrictions, all patrons who would like to participate in activities and programs are asked to sign up in advance by calling 303-655-2075. For a list of upcoming classes, call the center to sign up for the EVAC newsletter or download it here.
Since the onset of the pandemic closures, EVAC has offered free virtual programs to help seniors stay engaged and connected. Thanks to continued financial support from its Senior Advisory Board, EVAC will again be offering free programs in May and June.
