The City of Brighton is excited to announce that Summerfest, the city’s largest community festival, is making its return to Carmichael Park (650 E. Southern St.) on Saturday, June 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Events will include family-friendly activities, businesses and organizations educating the public on their services, food vendors and more.
The First National Bank of Omaha Entertainment Stage will feature musical entertainment with the event’s headliner, Super Diamond, a nationally touring Neil Diamond tribute band, taking the stage at 3 p.m.
No registration is required for attendance. All Summerfest activities and concerts are free to the public. Food will be available for purchase.
COVID-19 guidelines at the time will apply.
The deadline for business and vendor booths applications has been extended to Friday, May 21. Interested vendors and sponsors should contact Susie O’Connor, Event Coordinator at soconnor@brightonco.gov.
