Due to demand for testing, the City of Brighton is extending its mobile COVID-19 rapid testing site at Riverdale Regional Park (9755 Henderson Road) through Saturday, Dec. 5. Testing days and hours will remain the same, Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Due to capacity and safety concerns of the park, testing is limited to the first 200 vehicles each testing day.
To get tested at the new mobile testing site, individuals must enter through the entrance of the park’s main entrance off Henderson Road. Follow signs to enter the mobile queue for the antigen nasal swab. Face coverings will be required when interacting with on-site staff. No restrooms will be available for public use. People being tested must remain in their vehicles while at the site. Test results will be delivered through text message or email.
Individuals who live or work in Brighton are eligible for the free testing. Documentation will be required (i.e. an ID card, utility bill, etc. for residents and a paycheck stub, work badge, etc. for employees).
The cost of the mobile testing site is covered by federal CARES Act funding that has been allocated to the City of Brighton for COVID-19 relief.
If you have questions regarding the testing, please call 303-655-2180.
