The City of Brighton’s Office of Arts and Culture is pleased to announce the launch of the 2020 Brighton Art in the Park: Virtual Edition. Online visitors may view the work of 27 artists and more than 100 pieces on its site www.brightonartinthepark.com through the end of the year.
“Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, we were unable to host this wonderful event in Carmichael Park this year,” Arts & Culture Coordinator David Gallegos said. “However, the event committee did not want to miss an opportunity to showcase and support the work of our amazing artist community. We hope this virtual gallery can provide some light during these difficult times.”
By navigating the Brighton Art in the Park: Virtual Edition, visitors will be able to view the artwork of local, regional and international artists online and purchase the pieces directly from the artist, all from the comfort of their home.
