[ARCHIVED] Police Seeking Out Missing at-risk Man


The Brighton Police Department asks for the public’s help in locating a missing man, Donald Torr, 78. Mr. Torr was last seen in the early morning hours of July 4, 2020.

Mr. Torr went out to take his dog out, and when he did not return, his wife went out to look for him. She didn’t find him but found that their vehicle was also missing. Mr. Torr suffers from dementia. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue jacket with a collar. Mr. Torr is 5’8” with blue eyes, gray hair, and wear glasses. He should be driving a 2012 White Honda CR-V with Arizona License Plates 55R69. Mr. Torr and his wife recently moved to the state from
