At the end of 2019, a dental office was approved to join other developments in the northwest corner of 50th Avenue and Bridge Street in Brighton. With a current address of 59 N 50th Avenue in the Brighton Crossing subdivision, the 6,000 square foot building will house the dental office in the northern half and a commercial tenant that is yet to be determined in the southern half. The businesses will be adjacent to Bank of Colorado to the south, which is currently under construction.
The addition of the dental office in the area provides surrounding residents the option of a new provider in close proximity to their homes as well as creates a wider variety of dental care in Brighton. As the project is situated on an irregularly shaped lot, significant landscaping can be utilized, with approximately 44% of the site area dedicated to plantings. The façade is given variation and rhythm with the use of alternating materials, including red brick accented with tan brick and light stucco with a darker stucco accent. Such materials are consistent with neighboring buildings, creating aesthetically pleasing transitions throughout the development.
