The City of Brighton elections will be held Tuesday, Nov. 5 and includes the election of one candidate from each of the city’s four wards. The council candidates include Ward I candidate: Tim Watts; Ward II candidate: incumbent Mary Ellen Pollack; Ward III candidates: Kris Jordinelli and Debra Parmley; and Ward IV candidates: Vadim B. Epelbaum, Christopher Schoeneck, Adam Cushing, Danny V. Sandoval, and Archie Demarest.

In addition, the Brighton Youth Commission and the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce will host a City Council Candidate Forum from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Armory Performing Arts Center, located at 300 Strong Street. The event is open to the public and will be recorded and broadcast at a later time on the city’s Comcast KBRI-8 and YouTube channel.
The mail ballot election is conducted by the Adams County Clerk and Recorder and the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. Mail ballots will be sent to active voters beginning Oct. 14.
