Join one of our personal trainers this summer for three phases to help you train. You do not need to participate in all three phases.
Phase 1: June 3-26 @ 8:00 -9:00 a.m. Focus on building the basics of strength training with an emphasis on form
Phase 2: July 1-31 @ 8:00 -9:00 a.m. Focus on functional strength training and increasing cardiovascular endurance
Phase 3: Aug. 5-28 @ 8:00 -9:00 a.m. The focus will be selective skill-based exercises to focus on obstacle course success
Ages: 8 to 15 years welcome with an adult present and participating.
