Notice of Public Hearing: Major Subdivision Plan of Inspirada

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding an application for a Major Subdivision Plan for property to be known as Inspirada, generally located to the southeast of the intersection of S. 27th Avenue and Red Tail Way and to the northeast of the intersection of S. 27th Avenue and Peregrine Drive. The request is for acceptance of a Major Subdivision Plan for an approximately 9.92 acre property to create seventy-seven (77) single-family residential lots, nineteen (19) tracts for landscaping, and private streets. The property is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 1 South, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Brighton, County of Adams, State of Colorado.
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the application for the item at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. The hearing will take place at City Council Chambers (1st Floor of City Hall), 500 South 4th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80601. The City Council will hear evidence from City staff, the applicant, and any interested parties and will make a decision on acceptance regarding the application thereafter.
