Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding an application for a zone change for property known as 57 N. 10th Ave. located on the southwest corner of N. 10th Ave. approximately 100 feet from the intersection with Walnut St. The request is to change zone districts from the Neighborly Services Planned Unit Development (PUD) to City of Brighton R-2 (Mixed-Density Residential). The property is approximately 0.1722 acres (7,501 square feet) and is generally located on part of the southeast of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Brighton, County of Adams, State of Colorado.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a zone change at 6 p.m. on Thurs., June 24, 2021. The hearing will take place at City Council Chambers (1st Floor of City Hall), 500 S. 4th Ave., Brighton, CO.
