There are many ways for you, your group or organization to be a part of this event. Host groups are needed for several area.
What is a Host Group?
The host group takes the responsibility of an area and follows through the event. The organizer will also be working with sponsors, logistic teams, volunteers from your organization, keep documentation on hours, and attend 3 mandatory meetings.
What are our Requirements?
The Events, Volunteers & Downtown Initiative Division provide logistic needs and publicity.
All you supply is an area organizer, volunteer manpower, creativity, energy and ideas.
