Ages 8+ are welcome to all fitness classes

Our fitness schedule will now allow kids age 8+ to attend fitness classes

  • an adult must be present for the entire class
  • Contact one of our fitness staff members if you have any questions or concerns

Youth Weight Room Orientation

Ages 12-14 

An introductory class, taught by a certified personal trainer that encourages positive body image and emphasizes a safe weight training environment. Junior passes will be given to those who successfully complete this course and may be used with adult supervision in the weight room.

The class will cover:

  • Weight room safety
  • Etiquette and weight room rules
  • Safe lifting techniques
  • Proper use of machines and cardio equipment

A weight card is REQUIRED for all youth age 12 -15 years to use the weight room.
