Outside Agency Funding Program: The City Council annually awards the Legacy Foundation funds for Outside Agency Funding requests. These funds help to assist private non-profit organizations within the City to provide social, recreational, educational and other non-traditional City services. Letters of Notice and application packets are sent out to the organizations in July and are due back the end of September. Fundings are approved in December for the next fiscal year.
