The City of Brighton now requires a SITE IMPROVEMENT PERMIT for any flatwork that is not covered under a typical building permit - this permit is required for all commercial industrial projects and for residential projects that are adding 200 square feet or more of concrete or asphalt to their property.  For a look at the regulation and/or a permit application, please click here.
