Mission Statement
It is the mission of the City Clerk's Office to provide excellent customer service, record, integrate, preserve, protect and disseminate corporate information; to collect and provide licensing and permitting services; to conduct elections pursuant to applicable law, and to provide board and commission support in an efficient, effective, ethical and democratic manner.
Specific services provided by the department include staff support to City Council, the Liquor Licensing Authority, conducting elections, liquor licensing, City Council agenda and packet preparation; legal publishing and recordation of documents; and records management including public requests and staff research.
