Greater Brighton Fire Protection emergency services impact fee

On October 24, 2017, an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) was executed for the assessment, collection, and remittance of Emergency Services Impact Fees for the Greater Brighton Fire Protection District.  The impact fees shall be imposed on all new development for which an application is submitted to the City of Brighton on or after January 1, 2018.  
New development projects will be assessed impact fees under the following schedule:
