Outreach and Referral:
Seniors, do you need help and don’t know where to turn? Call Evon Benetiz at (303) 655-2079. She can assist seniors with completing forms, applying for programs, finding services, and other needs. Home visits available for the homebound. If she doesn’t know the answer she can help you find it! Appointments encouraged. 
Friends Program Fund:
The Senior Advisory Board has established a scholarship fund.  The Friends Program Fund provides financial assistance to older adults to participate in programs sponsored by Eagle View Adult Center.  The simple application form is available at the front desk.  Applications must be approved prior to registering for the event.  
Medicare Counseling:
 If you need help with Medicare issues, you can receive one-on-one assistance from a counselor who is specially trained on Medicare insurance programs, including Medicare Part D enrollment.  William “Bear” Kistler is returning to Eagle View to provide this service as an independent SHIP certified counselor with 15 years of experience.  Call Eagle View 303-655-2075 to make an appointment.  There is a $5 fee for this service, payable at the front desk at the time of service.

Seniors with Low Vision:

The “Seniors with Low Vision Program” helps adults age 55+ with visual impairment or blindness learn to live independently by providing resources, referrals, and skills training. Eagle View hosts the low vision group on the fourth Monday of each month from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Free drop-in program. For questions call Melanie at (303) 790-1390 x202.  
Low Vision Technology:
Learn how new technology available on an I-phone or computer can help you.  Drop in and discover tips and techniques to make better use of these devices.  You can also learn about specialized low vision technology.  Eagle View hosts the this group on the fourth Monday of each month from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Free drop-in program. For questions call Melanie at (303) 790-1390 x202.
